Joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the “troutlure.eu” Site (hereinafter – the Site), by filling in the fields of the online application (registration), the User:
– confirms that the personal data specified by him belong to him personally;
– acknowledges and confirms that he has carefully and fully familiarized himself with this Agreement and agrees to comply with the conditions of processing of his personal data specified in it, indicated in the fields of the online application (registration) on the site;
– acknowledges and confirms that he understands all the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of processing his personal data;
– gives consent to the processing of personal data provided by the Site for the purpose of registering the User on the Site;
– expresses consent to the terms of personal data processing without any reservations and restrictions.
The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data and confirms that, by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest.
The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
The User’s valid consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:
– Full Name;
– place of residence (city, region);
– phone numbers;
– e-mail addresses (E-mail).
The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the Site administration specifying the data.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by the User sending the appropriate order in a simple written form to the e-mail address (E-mail) [email protected].
The Site is not responsible for the use (both legal and illegal) by third parties of the information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways.
The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The substantive and procedural law of Ukraine shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the user and the Site arising in connection with the use of the Agreement.
